Ship Bottom Municipal Court sessions are held
June through September: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 9 A.M.
October through June: 2nd Friday of each month at 9 A.M.
Each year, the municipality of Ship Bottom receives visitors from all over New Jersey and beyond who come for the Ship Bottom Cruise Nights and summer concerts. Main roads include Long Beach Blvd., Barnegat Ave., and Route 72, the solitary road into Manahawkin.
In 2010, there were 68 reported disorderly persons offenses, 55 reported DWI's, and 239 other reported motor vehicle violations in the municipality of Ship Bottom.
